Our Process is Simple

Step 1: Groundwork

We get to know you. We have a chat and work out your specific requirements and anticipate any challenges you may face.

Step 2: Research

We take your information and requirements and find a range of products and lenders that may be able to help you with finance.

Step 3: Application

We get your application ready to send to the lender. We present the strongest version of you to the lender by supplying your income, expenses and requirements to the lender.

Step 4: Approval

Approval can be either conditional (meaning there are conditions you must meet) or unconditional (which is a green light – let’s go!). We help you through this process with the lender and get things ready for settlement.

Step 5: Settlement

This is the exciting bit! The funds arrive and you can make your official purchase! We help work with the lender to ensure all the final items are ticked off and settlement can occur without delay.

Step 6: Beyond

You didn’t think our help stops here? We can keep in touch periodically with you to ensure your finance still fits your needs. If you have changes in circumstance like a growing family or a career change, we’re here to ensure your finance is up to the challenge.
